Racer 66 website has hand throttle's, not sure if they are same as a 60's or just for later 40's, anyhow worth a look.

I think his site is cityracer 66 llc.

Looks like City Racer LLC is 40 series only.

I have a complete unit from a BJ60 if useful.

HJ/BJ 60 and FJ62 hand throttles will all work.

Does the US variant of the 60 series accelerator arm have a provision for the hand throttle cable ?

I may have what you need. I will let you know when I get back to the house Saturday. I have two one is long, which I need, and the other is shorter by about and 1 1/2" if I had to guess.
