For the past 3 years I've been dying to build a set of half doors. I could never find a decent set until recently. Two sets of front doors and one pair of rear doors.

Thats just mean man!

Picked up 6 doors from hotlanta. They all surprisingly fit in the 80.

I always got pissed at people who built sh!t and never had action shots. And then I realized its hard to take of pic of yourself working :D

I cut straight down until the "ripple" in the door (that runs accross the 60 series body).

I have zero welding skills so a buddy welded the aluminum handrests on.

I realized that by the time I actually get around to sandblasting the doors and powdercoating them, the summer's going to be over. So I just spray canned them black and I can deal for a couple weeks (more like months but thats ok :meh:)

And then my buddy in Alabama sold his 60 to pay for a trip to South America so I got stuck with his front set of half doors.

Nice... looks good... I loved mine and I only did one

No they don't. Would have been sweet, but defeats the purpose IMO.

is there no interior panel?

Anyone making these for the 80"

There is not. IIRC someone had a front tube door set for sale in the mud classifieds

is there no interior panel?

It is raw metal. My next step is to cut out the interior and use some bungee netting (with small holes) so the doors will be able to hold more of my crap.
