Hi All,

Advanced wiring question for the gurus...
Can anyone confirm whether these connectors are pin dependent or do they connect all pins together across the entire connector?
There are two of them in my entire loom, one is marked B2 and the other B5. Its a 1989 HJ60.

It means are all pins connected together or common, or are they connected separately eg 1,2,7 and 8

what's going on with the cap that has the male spade connectors in it? Are there wires attached to the other side? The female side seems to be separate connectors for separate wires.

Yep you’ll see a couple of Y and G if you zoom in a bit but each female pin has a cable in it, either Y or G. There is a similar connector with either L or W-B wires on female side.

I think I may have ascertained that it is a junction type connector where you have 6 cables all connected by the male pins in the cap and then 8 connected by the other male pins.

I’m pretty certain that I’ll find a common GND for the W-B cables, and likely some sort of power or signal source for the others.
