60/62 Stock bumper question (1 Viewer)

Okay, so I searched around over the last couple days and found nothing that answered my question. Here goes;
A guy found me via my 60 in the driveway and liked the stock bumpers. He had some aftermarket ones (nice ones!) and wanted to swap. He's got a 62 model.
My question is, what is the difference in bumpers? He tried to fit my 60 front to his 62 and said his brackets were too tall. Would he just need the 60 brackets that are on the frame rails?
Same question goes for the rear bumper too...

I think thats all he will need, If not try to cut and bend just anything you can to make the brackets fit

I sold my 62 stock bumpers to a guy that had a 60. I am not sure what he did but I know that they will fit with a little bit of fabrication.

Rear bumper fits both, no difference, not the same for the front bumpers, one won't fit the other without a good bit of fabbing.
