I've got 2 of these from recent teardowns, other than the paper gasket being crap, they appear in good shape. thick, heavy mounting flange which matches up with the intake manifold, no step washers. metal tag on both of them that says TRI-MIL.

Buyers, remove the metal Tri-Mil tags (grind off welds) because the Headers rust out under the tags, because they trap and hold water/dust/wet mud.
