On one hand, that's a lot for the shape it's in. On the other, 55's are hard to find. And god, how I want one.

I think it's a pretty reasonable deal, based entirely on the pic. No rust, pretty straight, looks like it's driven. Are thos non-selectable hubs I see? What years did they have those?
