My build took me in the direction of larger tires, so I'm selling my 285's. I'd estimate 5K miles put on these. Wheeled on them once. Lot's of tread left, see pics (sorry if one is sideways). I can try to get a tread measurement if needed, but pics should give you the scale. Spare is well used, but it's the spare. One tire does have a patch, due to a nail. No sidewall issues. Would like to get $500 for the set. I can send more pics and info if needed. SF Bay area.

Where in the Bay Area are you? And any issues with the patched tire?

I wonder if I ca stuff 285's under my stock height fj62 without rubbing to holy hell...

I'd check with the 60 guys, but my sense is it would be fine. I'm about 15 mins north of the GG Bridge.

Patch is on the flat part of the tire, under the tread, nowhere near the sidewall. Ran these tires for 7 months with the patch. Done by a reputable tire shop, no issues.

Sale of these tires is pending to another member, but he needs to check on some things first. If you are interested, I can put you down as second in line? Thanks for the interest.
