I have had this for about one year, and no longer use it as I now need to carry 4 bikes (kids :p). It is in great shape. Mounts to ladder. Located in 90046.

$225 OBO or trade for a 4x4 Labs 2 or 3 can gas can carrier.

Does it mount to a ladder or just to the swingout? I didn't think you needed to get the ladder and bike mount to attach bikes.

This one attaches to the ladder rung - I had the ladder already when I ordered this bike rack. HTH.
