4speed clutch slave location (1 Viewer)

Can I put the clutch slave on the driver's side of the bellhousing? The pivot ball is easily changeable, and it looks like it should work. Plus I won't have to bend up a new hardline to go across the firewall.

Thanks, I thought it would work. I thought that all the fourspeeds were facto'd on the passenger side. Clearly, the bellhousing is designed to go either way.
