Anyone have any info on this?

I looked at the company's website and didn't see it.

Has anyone heard of this? I saw one used on FB marketplace, but I'd never seen it before or heard of it. I think it may be new.

I haven’t heard of that brand and honestly not biggest fan of the design. I like my victory 4x4 rack and have seen a ton of prospeed racks but call me a traditionalist

I think it would be nicer if the cross bars were flush with the rails. But other than that I like the design.
