I know whats out there for the 80 and have found some choices on yota tech for the runner. Would appreciate a few links and opinions on rear bumper for a 99 runner

Custom!!!!!! If your intrested and have some time on your hands i may design one for my sis 98 4 runner could make a second one if your intrested what exactly r u looking for? a bolt on? or a full modification (frame shortening) bumper?

There's not a whole lot. I know there are a few others but the only one I can think of right now is sonoransteel.com and Schaefer won't make one unless the truck is at his shop.
