Here is what I have. I have swapped a 4BT into my 73 FJ40. My question is I have a 4BT to a Chevy Adapter to a Chevy NV4500 Tranny with the Granny Low. This is the way it was setup in the box truck that I got it out of. I used the AA kit to mount it to the factory transfer case. My question with it is on the slave cylinder. What are my options here and what is the best option. I know there is a custom bell-housing that I can get to use the LC slave cylinder with it. I was also thinking there was an internal throwout hydraulic setup that could be used. The way the slave cylinder is setup now it gets in the way of the drive shaft. Any help would be appreciated.
