what is the value of a 45lwb bed in poor condition? It has a tailgate also in very poor condition.

what is "poor" condition? big rust holes, dented ? anything can be rebuilt, but is it worth it.
I picked up a bed and tailgate in decent condition, a few dents with tailgate and headache rack for $1400.
