40th anniversary wood trim replacement (1 Viewer)

The wood trim on my 1997 40th anniversary edition is peeling and I would like to replace it. I see a lot of recommendations for trim kits but does anyone know which kit is the closest to the factory trim in appearance? Is the factory trim real wood or synthetic? Trying to keep the truck as close to stock as possible. Pics would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

It’s real wood. Dark Walnut Burlwood. These kits come with more pieces than what came with factory. Your choice. Synthetic wood is also available at a lower price point. I’m extremely happy with my kit. Made by B&I sold through www.wooddash.com

I am about to order one of these for my '97 and wanted to ask if door trim has the words printed for the window and window lock like they originally are? Not a deal breaker, but just was curious in case there was a brand that did have them vs one that didn't... I couldn't find any pics posted of the door controls trim. Thanks!
