Looks pretty clean for a northern NY rig. evidence of mitigated crust but not too bad. Would be a nice one to drive and enjoy. Not restore to perfection.

Yeah, and heater control valve looks a little crusty, but still pretty frickin' good

Agreed, definitely a driver. A little heavy-handed with the rubberized undercoating over the rust, but could definitely be way worse given it being a lifelong NE vehicle.
