Just saw this Bangkok Fj40 and took some pics

Anybody know what year it might be, if that suspension is stock, or have any other comments? I just saw it parked near a car was and think it had just been primped. the frame was flawless and glossy. The inside was so cushy looking I kind of wanted to puke…but didn't take any pics as the windows...
