I'll try this again. I removed my 40 series rear Confer fuel tank for my 3FJ40 swap. Pictures below were taken right after removal and are dirty. There is one rock rash in the last picture. It was used all the time when the 40 was running and during drain did not see any rust. Trying to recover small costs for the 3F-E swap now.
