40 doors- later vs. newer hinges (1 Viewer)

Can someone confirm if the hinges on a 1976 can be used on earlier doors? For some reason I only have the door side on early 70s door

I believe I am running 79 hinges on my 9/67 68 model. Not sure if the early ones had the bushing and know they didn't have the rubber flange that seals the hole in the tub. Bolt pattern is the same on the door as well as on the tub.

I used removable factory soft top hinges from a 65. They work fine on my 81 BJ42. I found and used these fake Toyota door hinge/cowl seals off EBay:

Thanks SDC. I set them in place yesterday and the fit was great less the striker.
