4-runner seats

Will 96 -02 4-runner seat fit in a 60? The way they mount looks the same, but are the dimensions the same? Easy to modify to fit?

width of the 4-runner seats is 17" length is 15"

Fj60 is 15x13. The brackets are different too

How hard would modifying them be?

from what I have read the sr5 4runner seats from the early 90s fit really well and are actally an easier mod

Thanks, good to know. I will look for early 90s seats. I think even with a custom bracket these might end up off center. Doesn't bother some people but I think it would make me crazy.,
