#4 bearing cap bolts- thread locker? (1 Viewer)

followed @Poser thread for replacing main seal by removing the #4 bearing cap. Getting ready to re-install. FSM says torque to (76-94 ft-Ib). Does not say anything anything about thread locker? Do I use thread locker on these bolts or just put them in and torque to specs? Any help is appreciated
