Hey guys, it's me again, manage to get a good deal on a swap and decided to proceed with it.

Would like to see if anyone has some experience/opinion in:

1. Suspension (I recently changed my springs to King, but have not decided on an absorber yet. Considering tough dog but would it be alright with the engine swap considering the possible weight changes?)

2. Exhaust notes and configuration (what kind of configuration should I go for to achieve the newer g63-esque sound or is it even possible in the first place?)

Got any pictures of the motor swap?

My 1UZ has a separate 2.5" exhaust each side - enlarged log headers, then 500mm long 115mm OD louvre baffle resonators, then 350mm long perforated resonators (both under the side doors) then 200mm louvre baffle resonators at the tips out the back. Sounds really good, a touch loud but tolerable for touring. Sometime I may replace the 350mm plain perforated resonators with louvre baffle ones to make it quieter. My truck has wider axles so the pipe routing out the back was simpler than it will be on a std 70 series.

Cheers
Clint

Its undergoing the swap in a different state from where I live, I'll try to get some photos in.

Oh sweeet. Imma need to show this to the exhaust specialist to see if they can do this. Over here or at least for me personally, we aren't very mechanically savvy but thanks for the info! Oh any chance if you have a video of that sweet note?
