3RZ-FE interesting problem (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Posting for a friend with a 98 RZN185W Surf. It has a 3RZ-FE in it. Runs fine when it's cold. Soon as it gets to temp, the check engine light comes on and it starts running bad, like a very bad limp home mode, only you can still boot it a little, but it runs very rough.

Any ideas?

Did you run the codes from the check engine light? That will help point you in the right direction too..
