3rd row seat and carpet removal (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks, planning to do some work on the 3rd row. Can anyone point me to a write-up on the forum which explains how to remove the 3rd row seats without clipping anything. Assuming carpet should come out easily once seats are out. Appreciate some pointers ... Also I would assume 3rd row panels are also snap in, in case I have to pull them out?

For seat removal, do the opposite of this video I made:

The trim pieces around the seat anchor points remove with a screw, and the carpet pulls up easily. It's held in place with some velcro, and by the plastic trim on either side over lapping it.

I'm not sure about removing the 3rd row panels.
