See the 4 holes on the head? Thats where the union bolts and holds the rail/manifold.

Are you referring to the delivery pipe? or the 4 injector (nozzles)?
Are there 4 individual parts, or is it one? I think you are talking about the air injection manifold, as it meets your word description
If I am off target, is there a name on that diagram for the part you need?

Yes , I have it. Inside the plastic housing there are either one or two connector prongs.
