3FE injector plug part number????

Dan needs a 5 digit number to get the injector plug replacements and I'm a bit lost. I can't find a 5 digit number on my plugs anywhere.

The only number is a the back of the plug around the lip. There is a navajo like symbol kind of like the chevrolet bowtie on one side then in the middle there is an E or Y on my plugs and on the right side is a two digit number, mostly 02 or 03. Nothing else. Take a look at the pictures and please help. I need to get these ordered and priority shipped to my house by Friday so I can put it back together by early morning Saturday.

looking at that shot there apears to be some extra corners on the plug in the pic that are not on your plugs.
