3FE air cleaner vacuum hose ?

I have knocked off the large hose when either putting on my AC compressor or changing my oil and I can't find out where it goes.

Can someone please help.

My guesses: VSV for your charcoal canister or one of the hard lines that crosses over to the VSVs on the driver's side fender.

Are you talking about the 2 small (3mm) and 1 larger (5mm?) vac hoses ON the air filter housing "lid", or closer to the throttle body and intake manifold? Or a much larger line? (Size of a dime, nickel, quarter?)

It is not connected to anything that is the issue. It is not the dizzy it vents to interior.

The large line is the correct hose. I can't find it in FSM.

I'm confused then...the dizzy on my 88 FJ62 has two :large: vac lines, one leading to the interior of the truck, and one (slightly larger) leading to the "lid" of the air cleaner housing. The second plugs in next to the two 3 mm lines. I'd check the dist. cap again, for a second nipple. Is the line you are researching the one I have marked in red?
