3b starting problem

so it is now winter and today i went out to start her up and nothing, it turn over but nothing else... how to i check to see if the glow plugs are working, what else could it be..... anyone

White smoke? If so, glow plugs are probably the issue, or a relay.

Also check your EDIC arm to make sure it is moving to start or run position.
