'ello gents,

I have a 1982 3B missing some heater hoses (looks like the PO bypassed a dead heater core) and I need to know which hoses go to which tubes. See pics. Can anyone post a pic of a 3B's correct firewall heater hose arrangement or let me know which needs to go where? Thank you!

Not the best picture but it should get you started. The one odd thing I did was to use a gas rig heater core due to a body swap. Thats the reason for the odd connection next to the firewall. There may be some other pics on my build in the sig line I can't remember right now.

I will try and get some better pics for you tomorrow. My rig is also an 82.

Dave , How many heater cores are you trying to run.
B/C it makes a little difference on the Y return pipe.
Mine came from the PO that a shop had bypassed and teed the dash core , so i froze driving it back.
I hooked only one up , the Main / Dash , So coming from the back of the head top to the heater control valve that should now go into the firewall / heater core , and the return line coming from the firewall going to the water pump lower hose area spigot.

My lower tubes for the rear core were rotten , plus its warm on the wet coast , right !!

thanks all, these help! To answer one question, I'd like to have both heaters working if possible...and get it back to original shape. Hmmm....I need to post pics of this rig anyway!
