Is the 3b oil pressure sending unit the same part as the one for a 2f?

Why don't you put a mech gauge ?

i shorted out the wires for the sending unit on my 3b and ended up with an aftermarket (mechanical) gauge. pretty easy to install just make sure you plumb the lines where the firewall wont wear through. the aftermarket gauge seems to be better and more accurate. also quicker response (needle movement) in regards to rpm.
maybe consider making accomodation for other gauges when you install it. I.E.: pyro and boost unless you already have them.

I read you and now I remember !!! I took one from a 4runner befor I go to a mech gauge. I write it in a pass thread... but can't remember wich one ...
And I remember NAPA canada can get it to... . So I'm pretty sur you can get it from NAPA USA.
