3B Injector Interchangibility?

At 330,000 kilo I think it's time to get the injectors on my 3B rebuilt.

A buddy lent me his spare set of injectors which I was planning to rebuild and then swap out my originals. However, these injectors were originally sourced from a 3B powered fork lift.

Does anyone know whether these injectors are interchangeable with the standard 3B injectors (same flow rating, etc) ??

I'd rather find out now that they are the wrong injectors than after paying to have them rebuilt and installing them.

There is a number stamped into the body of the injectors. If its the same between the two then yes.

If the number is not the same you can ask a diesel injection shop to check for you. A different body number does not always mean the injector internals are different.

Isn't the number on the side indicative of the opening pressure? I think mine are stamped 1850.

The number on the top half of the nozzle holder is a part number. Some examples = 1HZ 3400, 5420 12HT 3260. These are not opening pressures.

I went out to look at my 85 BJ70 and they are 2370
