I picked up a set of 4 Radial SSR TSL's today in the 37x12.5R16 variety. Not exactly what I was looking for, but I couldn't pass on the price. We'll see how they fit. I'm running FOR front springs with 30mm spacers and Ironman 2.5" springs with 30mm spacers. I have MAF control arm brackets on the front. It will be a few weeks before I can report on fit, let's take a vote. Who thinks they'll fit?

For tweaking, I have the MAF brackets for the rear control arms and panhard, but it's not installed at this point.

I forgot to mention I also have a 1" body lift.

Make sure to post back once you have wheeled it with the 37's. I'm thiinking about jumping to that size when my 315's wear out and I'm at a similar set up to you. I have the OME heavies up front and the mediums out back. 30mm spacers front and rear, MAF 3" front drop brackets, 2" sway bar drops front and rear and 2" bumpstop extensions front and rear. I'm pretty sure that the 37's would be fine but your feedback will give me that extra confidence needed.

My 36x12.50 TSLs stuff into the wheel well about perfect fit(not ripping my flares or bumperettes off), but are tight around the circumference and the lugs rub pretty good. Im on J springs, no extended bumpstops, no armor, 12.5" Travel shocks. I think deflare and should be good.

I have some 2" rear bump stop extensions but haven't installed them yet. I still have flairs and running boards. I don't have any bump stop extensions on the front. I'm running 10" Doetsch shocks. Hopefully next week I'll have time to mount them up and report.

I'm hoping that my 1" body lift makes the difference and keeps me from having to remove the flairs and running boards. This is my wife's truck and if the running boards have to go, I'm going to be in big trouble.

A few teaser pics.

backspacing is a big contributor. What wheels are you running?

Stock lx450 wheels, which I believe is a 4.5" back spacing.

Its not front you need to worry about so much it does not flex enough for any real concern

It is the rear that will rub alot

I run 37x14 iroks on a 3.5 inch back spaced wheel and the tire does stuff into the well

They rub the frame rails and rear part of the rear fenders.

I have no flares, but also have more lift than you

Just mount them and see where they hit and adjust from there

I dont see why there is a need for a poll:meh:

You probably could have done some searching and got all the answers you need:meh:

I've read all about fitting 37's but no one has my exact setup with the exact same tire. The poll was just for fun. I will report after mount and balance.

Got them on. They do rub in the rear, not sure how I'm going to fix it. I am running 2" bump stop extentions in the rear already.

They aren't as loud as I thought they would be. Very tolerable. Certainly worth the $500 I paid.

This is my wife's daily driver. :)

They look good, lose the mudflaps and trim from there. Tell the wife not to flex it too hard in the rocks, should be fine...

Is it rubbing on the frame? If so then maybe 1" wheel spacers would help. Seems like most people running 37's have less backspacing than the stock 4.5"

I got it a little dirty driving down a clay trail right after a rain last night. Now it will show up better where it's rubbing. :)
