65" axle
4 1/2" backspace
8 1/2" rims
37" BF Goodrich Krawlers

I would like to avoid cutting the rear body and would like to keep my stock fenders.

If you have this set up or similar have you had clearance issues? Front and/or rear?

Thanks in advance.

All depends on what spring setup are you running and what intended wheelbase will be. Stock 40 springs, flipped 40 springs, 55/60/62 springs (flipped)?

Stock rear wheel opening and 37 is a no match, stock heep TJ flare are an easy solution

This ^^^

I run 37s on soa with stock flat springs. The wheel opening is simply too small for a 37.

The only way to avoid cutting is to be so tall on non-flexing springs that the tire doesn't move into the wheel well. Big lift springs or death blocks.
