I’ve seen some people run 37” on 3” lift.

The question: for a mall crawling 37” setup on 3”, can you keep stock bumpers, mudguards, side steps?

3” flexis
Axle moved forward using Ironman drop box bracket
No added weight
Extended bumpstops
17x8.5 -10 offset with 37x12.5 tires

definitely no rock crawling. Most would be just dirt roads

37s fit on mine stock.

Lots of trimming?
Zero trimming

No personal experience, but I suspect you'll be OK with the running boards--they don't really stick any further into the wheelwell than the fender flare does. Stock bumper should be fine, but you might need to trim the end caps a little bit.

Can you still run the factory bumpers, mudguards and side steps?
No idea. I took all that stuff off years ago, before I had 37s. But like @Heckraiser said, the side steps/running boards shouldn’t be an issue. Might have to trim 1/4” off the rear mudguards and nip the front bumper end caps a little.
