I didn't know about the 10 year limitation. Is that a federal or a state rule?

I'd just sign it as being accurate to the best of my knowledge, and claim limited knowledge ;)

Your responsibilities as an individual are less than a dealer. As an individual you don't have to reveal that a car has been in an accident, unless of course the title is marked. As a dealer they have to let you know if the car has been in an accident if they know it has been. That's why when you're trading in your car they never ask you if it has been, cause once they know, they have to tell.

Considering my wife's Honda is set from the factory 5% over, I wouldn't sweat the 10% on a 80 series. How do I know the Honda is set 5% over? They're being sued for it as it ends waranty early and people are paying through the nose for leased vehicles being over the mileagle limits. An evil calculated choice on Honda's part that they got caught cheating on.

Or, just get some 265's for street driving and it'll average out to about right :)
