Well, i'd like in the near future to fit 315/75R16 mud tyres on some split rims i have, has anyone done that . Theses split rims are 6X16. Or if anyone has put swome 35/12.5X15 on six width rims, please let me know! As well, how much lift f or thoses 34.8 or 35 tyres? I'd like to do a spring over, cos i come from a hilux truck background (86 one 2L diesel engine! front and back solid axles with spring over axles stock! ) but even if i'm not too bad an engineer and welder (i have a milling machine for making parts and access to a lathe) i'm not too keen on doing the job, first moneywise, it would be at least a litle expensive, and time consuming. Would a shackle lift be enough, or even longer shackles and a shoe for the other end of the spring?
