Like the subject line says. No bellhousing, no shifter. Out of a 5.9L Turbo Deisel. Has the Heavy Duty input shaft- solution to the only major weakness in these trannies. I bought this over two years ago to go in my cruiser but changed my mind due to the expense of all the adapters.

I will trade for a sm465 and np203 with the short style adapter if you'll throw some cash on top.
