2h starting problems

I have a hj47 and i have had the head recond. i have new glow plugs. i JUST get it started with the glow plugs. i seem to have to hold thebutton in for about 10 seconds and sometimes i have to start it while glowing the plugs. the big problem is that it wont start when its hot, i have to glow it again. even thou its ben running for about 30mins. does anyone know the problem? is it **** compression? injectors? thankx

it also seems to start fine when it is roll started down a hill.

Check your valve clearances. How old are the injector nozzels? Does it run ok once it starts, or is it down on power? What are compressions like? And what about the edic positioning? Lots of things to check

the valve clearances are fine. it runs fine when it starts, its a little down on power. wouldnt havea clue what a EDIC positioning is either. injectors need to be checked also.
i just find it wierd that it wont start when its hot.
new starter motor and new battery.
roll starts fine first go even when cold.
