Machine shop indicated they could grind the rocker arms. We will give this a try.
Precups have some cracks. Sorry did not get any pics. Big debate if to replace and if new ones will also crack. Need to shop around for some. They are not cheap. But it is cheap insurance they say 
Always replace pre cups.

Have you considered buying a complete engine rebuild kit from Engines Australia. I think they are around $1000AUD for a 2H, thats only about $720 your way + delivery ($150 from memory)
Yep. Ordered pre cups. @roscoFJ73 i have seen the kit. I have a couple more engines that I will be rebuilding and will go that route. I like to first crack them open and find out extent of rebuild needed.
