I bought an HJ60 a few weeks back. It would not run properly, it was down on power, and needed repriming every 5klms or so.
A few hours work and its running sweetly now.
What a mess the fuel system was in:

What a mess the fuel system was in:
- Crush washer missing off one side of the banjo inlet to the lift pump - almost certainly sucking air at this point. replaced
- 60L of old dirty vegetable oil found in the fuel tank - drained.
- Very dirty fuel filter - replaced and prefilled with injector cleaner
- Factory sedimenter had never been cleaned and had a pinhole leak - deleted.
- The mesh screen in the injection pump inlet banjo was occluded - cleaned
- A 12V Fuel pump has been placed near the fuel tank outlet (the reason why wasnt clear at the time) - removed
- Bleeder nipple on the fuel filter housing was completely rounded off (someone's been struggling for a while I think) - replaced
- Lift Pump had failed (explaining the 12V pump!) - replaced
