2H leaky injection pump

On my 2H I have developed a leak at the top of the injection pump where the two rear delivery valve holders enter. I was wondering if I can just loosen off the locking plate for those two valves and try tightening them a bit. The leak isn't at the delivery pipes. I tried tightening them already and they seem fine . I see in the FSM that there is a gasket on top of the delivery valve and suppose this is where it could be leaking but it seems funny that two are leaking at the same time. Anybody had this problem before?

Have you started to use the new ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD)?

I don't know if it's ULSD or not , but I thought that wasn't supposed to affect the older diesels. I also run a conditioner with every tank and it's supposed to help with lubricity. I guess I'll see if I can snug things up a bit and if that doesn't work I'll check the gaskets.

All diesel are suppose to be able to burn it with no issue but it will cause certain seals to leak
