2F short block

Hey-

Does anyone know if 11400-73013 Short block is the actual short block assembly for a 2F? If that's the case, it's cheaper to buy than it is to have the machine work done on my old block. I did a search for the part number (and preceding part numbers of 73012 and 73011) Maybe one of the parts experts like Beno or CDan can answer? My dealer's online parts portal shows it as available.

I didn't think it was available, but I'm not bold enough to order it and find out. Just curious about the part number.
