I need one as well for my 4 speed bell-housing (swapping out 3 speed). Needs to be in great condition. I believe the below image is what I need. EPC shows this one for 4 speed 11361-60060 9/72 - 5/76. Link here. I have top piece looking for bottom.

There are two different ones for a 4speed. A one piece and a two piece. The one above is a one piece. Sounds like you have a two piece one.

I ended needing a two piece one for my cruiser. I also went to a 4speed and I believe the early 4speeds used a two piece one. It was only for about a year or so that they used it. Also the bolt size is different as well if I remember correctly.

2F H42 Flywheel cover needed. 31104-60010 replaced by 31104-60011. Below circled is the one I need. Including picture of my bell-housing.
