Should the club rent a cabin so we have a headquarters, storage facility, community meeting area with benefits (fridge, stove, water, electricity, fire pit, ...), shelter from the storm, etc? The club could sublet the cots to those individuals who don’t want to tent camp.

Whatcha think???

I think it's a good idea.

Good luck finding a cabin available. I renewed my cabin reservation the Sunday after the event ended (next day). If you guys are serious about a cabin let me know so I can nose around to see what might be out there. Or you could contact twin grove directly in the hope that a cabin is actually available through the normal channel. I'll be glad to help in any way if I can.
