I like it, but would have made an a-frame between the first and second braces for an interior spare mount.

Yeah, but the spare takes up too much real estate inside the rig, and it would fit because of my fridge!

Thanks

What are you using for a regulator? Just wondering if it will freeze up....I have a CO2 tank at home, but have been debating buying a Power Tank one.

New Pics Added!

I added another brace and painted it:

Check out the final product:

It just a simple one, nothing fancy with no gauges. I have used it MANY a times airing up 8+ tires and no freezing! It gets a little cold with a little frost after 5 tires or so (running non stop) so i just keep an eye on it.

Personally, the powertank stuff is cool and all, but i think its way overpriced! This whole setup i have is under $120

Very nice work Kevin.
Where can I get my hands on a tank like that?
Is that from a soda machine setup?

Its an old scuba tank!

And the band holder thingamajiggy?

Where did you get that?

Details!

Found it at a local welder supply place when i brought the tank in to get it filled.

Band Holder Thingamajiggy = $30

nice job on the install
I have a 20lb too, it's awfully big... could go smaller
in fact, tend to take my compressor now, much smaller
