I think you should include this at Fall Crawl. It will reach a lot more people and help with Mudship.

Except for those of us that can't go to Fall Crawl. I'd hate to miss the swap meet but I would understand having it at Fall Crawl as it's already a scheduled event. But people may not want to haul extra stuff down there.

Bummer that it's cancelled, but the right call in my opinion. I vote for a re-schedule, but understand that it may be tough to organize due to Fall Crawl plans.
