Depends on how many port options you are having installed. Mine hit port and was on a carrier within a few days. The dealership can mark it critical and sold so it will be there faster than normal ground stock which I'm sure they did. After the vehicle is assigned to a carrier they have 72 hours to get it to the dealership.

Thank you for that info, I just have the paint protection film which may be prolonging the wait time.

I think the HE Wheels (BBS) and roof basket are added at the port.

Normally is pretty quick unless there was a damage and they had to repair it. Auto manufacturers have shops in ports which repair to factory spec and people don't realize that the car got damaged in transport and was repaired there. One of my European delivery BMWs went through repair at the port. I was surprised why the car was in the port for over a week. I have learned about it after questioning why I have one of the wheels mismatched. 3-4 days is normal for customs, cleaning and add-ons.

Just FYI, I had an issue where my vehicle (2021 base) arrived at Port of Houston in mid-December 2020, but it didn't actually arrive at the Houston dealer until mid-January 2021 due to COVID operational impacts at the port. Super frustrating for me as buyer, but the GM of the dealer was apoplectic that this kept happening to him.
