Hey guys,

Interesting thought.

I found this it says it comes with the nv4500 adapter. Could we therefore match this up to a h55f?!!
If so, this might be the new direction for me!

Yes, already been done

My recollection was:

$8000 ball park for engine
$3000 ball park for new h55 elsetup
$1500ish for adapter kit.
labor cost varies with person or shop doing work.

so $15k-$30k for a conversion with a lot of variables separating those price ends.

My 60 with 4BT, NV4500, rear tire carrier, sliders, front bumper with winch, and fiberglass Hardshell RTT weigh in at 5800 pounds. I’m getting anywhere from 17.5 to 23.1 mpg. Most of my daily driving is in the hilly foothills. The 60 loves 5th and caruzing down the highway.
I’d love to see this swap.
