· Drivers meeting @ 9:30 am, pavilion
· Trails open all day
· Davin James Concert at pavilion: 8:00 pm


Friday:

· Registration opens 8:30 am, pavilion
· Trails open all day
· Newbie Run, 3:00 pm, pavilion
· Potluck dinner at pavilion (bring some good stuff), 7:00 pm
· Concert: John D. Hale Band to follow dinner, Hang out and socialize until….


Saturday:

· Registration opens 8:30 am
· Newbie Run, 9:30 am, meet at pavilion
· Overland Run, Mason county loop tour leaves at 11:00 am sharp, meet at pavilion.
· BBQ dinner, Saturday night at 7:00 pm, pavilion
· Kids Raffle to follow dinner
· Big Raffle and Charity raffle to follow
· Hang out and socialize until…

Yes, that is the website. I'm looking for the schedule.

The event starts on Thursday and ends on Sunday. However you can wheel the neighboring Wolf Caves Monday through Wednesday for an additional fee. We don’t typically have scheduled runs, except the overland one and that is TBD. Potluck and band on Friday night and raffle on Saturday night. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I think I convinced a buddy from Weatherford to come to the event and he said he could get me to the airport afterwards. He's pretty close to Azle so it'll work out well.
