Can you get a part number for us?
Here in the GCC alot of the dealers make partnerships with 3rd party companies that are not Toyota. Knowing that dealer very well, if guess its just an after market part they source from Asia. This dealer also worked with Artic Trucks to make the Land Cruiser Xtreme and NSV for their offroad pkg (air compressor on board)
I'll call and ask if they will sell just that part and if so what is the price.

I see some selling on aliexpress and now on Ebay. Did anyone install them on their 16-17 LC?
don't care about the lights but did you see the covers for the tailgate?

Are you talking about inside to cover the plastic between lower gate or are you talking about some chrome for outside?

ahh that one. Seems ok. Probably would get scratched from cargo very quickly.
I was looking at what looked to be wood paneling on the tailgate. Having the carpet on mine drives me nuts
I have been looking for plastic covers for the tool box area on the tail gate. Ended up making covers for the carpet out of duck material to try and save it. They have been on there for a year and are holding up pretty good

It's funny how different preferences are. I actually like the carpet portion for sitting, and also the fact that small items like screws, bullets, tools, etc. don't roll off of it when used as a little work-bench.
Ya I feel you on that, but with my work (as you can tell with all the crap in the back) I wanted to keep them clean. I have been thinking of going to Tap Plastic and see if they could make me some plastic ones.
