Does anyone know how to start their LX using the factory key fob? I don't see anything in the Owner's Manual about it but as I understand it, some of them do have the module that allows it from factory?
My 2021 4runner didn't mention it in the Owner's Manual either but would start if you pressed the door lock button 3 times and held it on the third press.
Anyone else have any experience with this?
Additionally, anyone have any ideas around a block heater? I understand the factory one (made by Temco?) has been discontinued due to causing some fires. I see their is a Kat heater that can be used. I'm wondering if it's any good. They're only 400w. Anyone used a magnetic oil pan heater for theirs?
Canadian winters no bueno. lol. But...did just get some new 275/65r20 Nokian Hakka LT3...no studs...
